• Responsible for day to day onsite for after-sales diagnosis and repair of Mitsubishi Electric products (ACMV/HE/HVAC) which are under warranty and out-warranty.
• Ensure work daily assigned are carried out effectively and productively to meet set KPI and requirements.
• Ensure safety, quality of work and meet the customer satisfaction.
• Ensure good co-ordination and communicate between teams (Internal, service partners), other departments, and customers when work is carried out.
• Adhere, perform, and handle work process procedure on spare parts, monetary billings, job sheets closing, report preparation.
• Responsible to assess daily jobs and provide information to engineers/team leads on daily basis.
• Conduct risk assessment, onsite risk assessment, vehicle check, toolbox meeting to the peers, superiors, partners before going for onsite job.
• Focus on quality workmanship requirement and with null return calls.
• Liaise with internal customers diligently, timely and accurately to allow better smooth operations on spare parts, billing administrative, technical on daily job needs.
• Facilitate technical needs on reporting equipment quality and repair.
• Liaise with external customers (Retail, Commerical, Industrial, Projects, etc) on problem solving
